IP Gastronomy book signing at Ephemera

## The event After its launch at ATICA, the first volume of the ↗ immersive.paris ® pocket collection was presented and signed at the **Jungle Palace**, one of the three Parisian restaurants of the Ephemera group, alongside Under the Sea and Stellar. ## The venue Ephemera was founded in January 2020 by **Jade Frommer** and two fellow students from the Institut Paul Bocuse, with the aim of democratizing immersive dining through a concept combining cinematic decor and video projections. The group opened its first Parisian table in March 2022, at the foot of the BnF. Jade Frommer is interviewed in IP Gastronomy — *Gourmet immersion for everyone* — and Ephemera has its own entry in the volume.
