The evening

For the fifth edition of Special Editions, the series in which Luca Marchetti looks at objects and books at the crossroads of design and publishing, CRAVAN welcomed Mathias Chelebourg on February 12, 2025.

The conversation

The occasion: the publication of IP Gastronomy, the first volume of the ↗ immersive.paris ® pocket collection. An hour of conversation on the stories and intentions behind the book — how the immersive transition is reshaping the table, and why a printed book is the right way to observe it — with Atelier Daruma's work on immersive storytelling as a backdrop.

The venue

CRAVAN, 165 boulevard Saint-Germain, is a Saint-Germain-des-Prés bar that also hosts talks and editorial encounters.
